Asylum Living Assistance Program

We recently partnered with New York State medical service providers to help secure funding for housing with assisted living medical services for asylum seekers in need of housing. We are currently accepting applications for Asylum Seekers in need of housing with a qualifying medical condition and medical coverage. 

Qualification

Each applicant will be qualified for funding with a participating medical provider offering Assisted Living Housing (Home Health Aid) services in the New York City metro area.

• Approved Medical Condition
• Maximum Family Size 3 to 4 People

Eligibility

Each applicant will need at minimum of one family member with an approved medical condition to be eligible for Home Health Aid Services in order to be approved for funding and participate in the housing program. 

• Medical Provider (Medicaid, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, etc.)
• Minimum of one family member approved for home health medical services
